- Yes. Maven Works HR is based in Roseville and works with employers across Placer and Sacramento counties, including Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Citrus Heights, Auburn, Sacramento and Elk Grove. The practice is California-only, so clients elsewhere in the state are served on the same terms.

- No. The practice covers California statewide and the work is the same wherever you are: employee relations, manager training, leave management, risk assessment, employee handbook and policy work, and onboarding. Being in the Sacramento region simply means you are close to where Lindsey is based.

- Occasionally, when a situation genuinely calls for it. The practice runs remotely by default and nearly all of the work happens over calls and email, which is the same for a client in Roseville as for one in San Diego. Being based in the Sacramento region makes an in-person conversation straightforward when it is the better way to handle something, rather than making it the way the engagement normally runs.
